This page explains what information you share when you enquire about a trip and how we use it.
What the form asks for
The form asks for your name, email address, destination, travel dates, group size, preferred guide language and travel plans. Your WhatsApp number and children’s ages are optional. Please do not send passport numbers, payment details or copies of identity documents in an initial enquiry.
How your enquiry is handled
When online enquiries are available, we use Resend, our email provider, to send your message to our team. We use the information to discuss your trip. Submitted enquiries are handled by email and are not stored in a separate enquiry account on this website. Our email provider and inbox may retain messages.
Sending an enquiry
If online enquiries are unavailable, the form will say so and will not send your details. If we cannot confirm whether a message was sent, you can retry from the same page. Closing or refreshing the page may clear your entries. A sending confirmation does not guarantee inbox delivery or confirm a booking.
Other services used by this website
Photos and fonts load from Unsplash and Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to those services. To reduce repeated submissions, the website temporarily keeps a coded version of your email address that cannot be read back as the original address. These records expire automatically. This website does not use marketing tracking tools.
